CLEANING NOTES:

• Noticed some rust damage in the guest bathroom. No action is needed, but we wanted to document it for reference.
• Overall, the unit has been well-maintained by the previous cleaners. However, there was some orange mold starting to build up in the grout of both showers.
• The master shower had significant mold buildup between the glass panes. We achieved about an 80% reduction this time, but it may take another cleaning or two to get the unit to our usual high standards.
• Cleaned some tacky residue from the master bathroom drawer.
• Recommend replacing the toilet brush in the guest bathroom for better upkeep.
• The lanai wasn’t as clean as we’d like this time. We’re planning to try a few new strategies to improve our performance on the exterior areas next time.
