CLEANING NOTES:

• Noticed that part of the second step’s trim was hanging down and broken. Unable to secure it, so we removed it to address the exposed nails and placed it behind the giraffe near the TV. The missing trim piece is not a high priority as it’s unnoticeable.
• Although this was a refresh clean, we utilized extra time for some deep cleaning. Removed some rings, addressed a significant mold spot in the upstairs shower, and worked extensively on the lanai to bring it up to standard.
• This clean was complimentary as it was our first time cleaning the unit—thank you for the business!
