CLEANING NOTES:

• The shower had significant mold buildup. We achieved about a 70% reduction this time, but it will take a few more cleans to fully address. Some black mold stains on the caulking may require replacement.
• The back lanai has a lot of caked-on dirt on the railings. We’ll need to detail these over the next few cleans to bring them up to par.
• The blinds are due for a deep clean.
• Noticed a broken dresser drawer in the guest room.
• Mold is forming in the washing machine. We managed about a 50% reduction but will need to focus more on this in upcoming cleans.
• Overall, the unit is in good shape, but addressing the mold issues and lanai will take a bit more time to meet our high standards.
• This was our first time cleaning this unit, and it was provided as a complimentary clean.
