CLEANING NOTES:

• The owner requested a last-minute reschedule to a late-night cleaning, and we were happy to accommodate without charging a rescheduling fee.
• It was our first time cleaning this unit, so we wanted to make a great impression.
• We managed to reduce the mold in the master shower by 80-90%, which was a big win!
• The hard water spots on the faucets? Gone! We gave them a fresh, clean shine.
• However, we did notice some scratches on the chrome in the bathrooms. It looks like a previous cleaner might have used something too abrasive.
• The lanai and slider glass weren’t up to our usual standard this time. Working late at night made it tricky to get the lighting we needed for a perfect finish.
• As a thank-you for trusting us with their first cleaning, we provided this service free of charge.
